Volunteer Benefits

There are not enough ways to say thank you for your hard work and dedication, but we thought we would start here:

· Post-Parade Volunteer Appreciation Party - 115 Bourbon Street - January 2008. (More details to come)

· Volunteer Gift Bag—Filled with fun stuff from our sponsors. Check out who has donated to last year's volunteer gift bag and raffle.
Pick up your gift bag after you are through with your volunteer responsibilities from 10:30am-12:00pm.

· Raffle Drawing— Past prizes have included free nights at the Renaissance Chicago Hotel, gift certificates for Berghoff Restaurant and Buca di Bepo, tickets to the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and a free Gameboy Advanced. Check-in at the volunteer tent on parade morning and be automatically entered to win one of several great prizes.

· Free Breakfast and Coffee— Fill your stomach the morning of the event with continental breakfast .

Volunteer of the Year Award—Go that extra mile– Become the sixth annual 2008 McDonald's® Thanksgiving Parade Volunteer of the Year. Winners will be selected based on nominations from committee chairpersons and will receive a grand prize from our volunteer program sponsors after the parade.
