We are looking for dedicated, hard working individuals to help us take this cherished holiday tradition to the next level.  Our Volunteer Leadership Board helps us year-round through various activities - finding units to be in the parade, connecting us with potential sponsors, recruiting volunteers and so much more.  They also lead a specific area of the parade, helping us to put on a show for millions to enjoy.
